We are looking for an experienced Jr. Recruiter and Sourcer to join our team to help fill direct hire, executive placements within the real estate industry! POSITION PURPOSE

The Jr. Recruiter/Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing, reference-checking and presenting candidates to client companies to assist in the placement of temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire candidates to client companies. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

  • Source candidates from various online platforms to help fulfil client orders and build a high-quality candidate database
  • Maintain client company satisfaction through timely communication with client companies including face to face, written and verbal interaction.
  • Communicate with client companies regarding specific job orders, candidate submittals and weekly quality control calls on all temp and temp to hire employees.
  • Perform weekly calls to current and potential client companies to create new business both via phone and in person.
  • Input all new hire paperwork and maintain employee’s files
  • Assist in job order pipeline so it is consistently being updated to reflect up to date status on each outstanding job order.
  • Prepare Client Service Agreements (CSA) for client approval.
  • Actively participate in all team meetings; sharing ideas and concepts including attending networking functions.
  • Schedule and attend client visits.
  • Perform various clerical duties as needed.

 

Qualifications/Education

  • 2+ years college preferred
  • Experience in an office environment role such as admin or customer service a must 
  • Experience recruiting/sourcing preferred 
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask based on client company’s needs.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Experience sourcing candidates using Career Builder, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and/or other job boards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience recruiting/sourcing candidates in Real Estate Industry strongly preferred

 

Pay includes base + commission and benefits include medical, dental, vision, health, paid holidays, and PTO.
