The Internet Sales Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with & responding to online leads while tracking and reporting on sales conversions. Essential Functions
- Provide response to online leads for the company within 2 hours of initial request for information.
- Provide immediate live chat response during designated business hours.
- Respond to caller inquiries immediately, or at maximum within 1 hour from initial call.
- Utilize CRM to manage and nurture leads and company sales agents through a series of follow-up to maintain continuous engagement and uncover incremental sales.
- Build rapport with the prospective buyer and provide them with enough information to generate further interest.
- Utilize strong prospecting skills to work all leads until they are ready to move to the next phase of the sales process.
- Schedule initial appointment between the prospective customer and Sales Agent.
- Routinely track and report on conversion statistics (leads/converted, appointments set, appointments kept, appointments/sales).
- Maintain relationships with on-site Sales Agents through regular contact, attending sales events, and participating in ongoing training.
- Maintain current knowledge of all products and communities to assist in generating internet leads.
- Participate in sales meetings.
- Fulfill marketing collateral requested by online leads.
- Maintain a dedicated phone number and voicemail for online leads.
- Follow outlined workflow processes for each lead type to ensure proper follow-up and to keep customers engaged.
- Work hours are a combination of in-office time and commitment and flexible hours off-site as the Online Sales Consultant needs to be able to work online when our customers are on-line seeking information.
- Other projects as assigned.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field required
- 2+ years’ experience in residential real estate
- 2+ years’ work experience in new home building industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
