E-Lead Specialist

Our client, a leading new home builder, is seeking an E-Lead Specialist to join their team in Pahrump, Nevada! The E-Lead Specialist will be responsible for effectively responding to web based sales inquiries within a timely fashion and converting them to onsite sales appointments resulting in an increase in overall sales and an improved customer experience. Essential Functions & Basic Duties:

  • Respond to all e-mail and phone leads immediately.
  • Qualify the leads based on needs.
  • Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting an appointment with the onsite sales counselor.
  • Provide information and marketing materials to prospects.
  • Respond to the sales line and voicemail for leads.
  • Work with the prospect to determine the best community and floor plan.
  • Utilize lead-management software.
  • Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios
  • Maintain website content.
  • Monitor third-party websites and online advertising
  • Continually research the competition and their online activities
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Manage and be responsible for all MLS listings per Division Guidelines

Education, Qualifications, Designations and Required Skills/Experience:

  • Two years of demonstrated experience in a sales environment and/or marketing field.
  • Nevada Real Estate License.
  • Requires the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with all levels of employees, homebuyers and their representatives.
  • Customer focused and personable
  • Proven email and phone communication skills
  • Sales contact management database experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to maintain focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time well
  • Must have problem solving, prioritizing abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Requires self-motivation, excellent listening skills, and high energy.
  • Must be able to learn and follow a proven sales process.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
