Our clients are seeking a temporary Desk Clerk! These positions are an excellent way to gain opportunity and exposure with the most successful property management companies in Northern California!

We are seeking highly professional, customer service experts with a background in hotel or apartment front desk, catering or wait staff, or similar customer service role. Essential Functions & Responsibilities of the Concierge
  • Greet visitors and residents and assist with resident issues.
  • Answer all incoming calls and transfer calls to tenant’s residences.
  • Respond to resident requests and inquires in accordance with the company's customer service standards.
  • Keep track and log in all mail and package deliveries, alerting tenants when they have a package.
  • Implement programs to address resident satisfaction.
  • Ensure that only authorized individuals are entering the community.
  • Check in all visitors who come to the property and check them out when they leave.


Requirements for the Desk Clerk
  • Background in hotel or apartment front desk or desk clerk preferred
  • Flexible schedule/willingness to work varied hours – (examples of shifts include 7:30am–4pm, 1pm-10pm, 3pm–11:30pm, or 11pm–7:30am)
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Professional demeanor and dress
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Outgoing personality matched with great enthusiasm
  • Organized and resourceful nature
  • Computer savvy
