The Customer Service Coordinator will oversee a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, exceptional knowledge of the product, and the ability to lead and promote the vision of the company.

  • Lead and oversee the work of a team of employees and offer excellent customer service.
  • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Display extensive product knowledge
  • Promote the vision of the organization and motivate the team to perform at their best.
  • Monitor and collect information regarding employee attendance, tardiness, performance break logs, and vacation requests for manager review & approval
  • Assist with employee performance reviews and training
  • Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and report findings to the staff.
  • Communicate with the customers through telephone, electronically, or face-to-face. This includes but is not limited to verifications, processing and releasing orders, applications, forms and requests, returns, and payments
  • Handle customer complaints & respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Obtain and evaluate all information needed for handling inquiries and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Submit daily forms/logs (check/credit card/ACH), perform and prepare cash/check deposits when needed, monitor petty cash, and resolve open COD orders daily


  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience required
  • Knowledge of the flooring industry is a plus
  • Experience with Netsuite is a plus

  • Great presentation skills
  • Strong decision making and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership & a positive attitude
  • Ability to think critically and analyze efficiently
  • Ability to remain calm under strict conditions and pressures
  • Working knowledge of the MS-Office suite, especially Excel
