Your Role Within the Organization
  • Demonstrates a positive, professional, and customer service focused attitude

Essential Functions
  • Ensure that all community, property, management, and client expectations are met.
  • Perform quality customer service to tenants, prospective tenants, clients and the general public.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships between departments, with co-workers and particularly with other members of a project team.
  • Provide prompt, detailed and accurate general status reports on all properties assigned as requested.
  • Bid work for repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements. Keep accurate records of current space conditions including roof, HVAC, utilities, and special circumstances.
  • Ensure the collections of all revenues following lease obligations of tenants and the owner's policy on accounts receivable. Collect delinquent accounts promptly.
  • Ensure that tenants’ needs are heard and resolved as approved by the landlord
  • Maintain the safety and security of all assigned properties.
  • Enforce the terms of rental agreements and oversee rental proceedings.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies, systems and procedures related to property management.

 

Minimum Eligibility Requirements
  • 1 - 2 years of Experience with managing Commercial Properties
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Experience with AppFolio
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Results Driven and Initiative.
  • ability to travel up to one and a half hours from our office to a property site.
