Essential Functions
  • Leasing Duties:  Show office, industrial, and commercial space available for lease and log prospective tenants. Prepare all new and renewal lease documents per lease abstract.  Know details of property, current availability and prices, including a monthly broker’s mailing. 
  • Reports: Generate all reports for property on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
  • Administrative Duties:  Open/close office during business hours and emergencies, process mail daily, code vendor invoices, compose letters/memos, maintain filing, coordinate documents for storage, purchase office supplies and maintain equipment service.
  • Marketing Duties: Distribute marketing material i.e.: flyers, tenant referrals, update website and brochure referrals.  Shop neighborhood buildings, cold call as needed and prepare market surveys quarterly.
  • Tenant Relations:  Customer service, handle tenant complaints and questions, enforcing rules and regulations with tenants. Report and document any emergencies. Daily inspection of property.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate, schedule, and meet with vendors, obtain vendor and capital improvement bids. Maintain an insurance file on tenant/vendors, obtain valid insurance certificate, and keep all files current. Supervision of any work performed at the property i.e.: T/I’s, capital improvements, project restoration.
  • Legal: Prepare and post all legal documents, i.e.:  3 day letters, eviction or abandonment’s, and notices of non-responsibility.


  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • 5+ years of Commercial Property Manager experience.
  • CPM Designation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer software including: MS Office and Yardi
  • Must be able to exercise good judgment, be self-motivated, and possess excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability across multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Ability to be assertive, detailed oriented, flexible and dependable.
  • Must have dependable automobile, insurance, and good driving record
