This company owns and manages residential and commercial properties throughout Southern California. The Commercial Property Manager will manage multiple office buildings in Laguna Hills, CA.   • Starting at $95,000/YR DOE



Essential Functions


  • Show office spaces available for lease. 
  • Prepare all new and renewal lease documents.
  • Know details of the properties, current availability and prices.
  • Manage one clerical employee in office and coordinate work with maintenance supervisor.
  • Resolve tenant relations and maintenance issues.
  • Enforce office rules with tenants.
  • Perform regular property inspections.
  • Coordinate, schedule and meet with vendors.  Obtain bids and maintain vendor insurance certificates.
  • Prepare any three-day notices, etc.



  • 2+ years’ Property Management experience
  • Commercial property management experience is highly preferred
  • Communication proficiency (oral and written)
  • Must be able to exercise good judgment and be self-motivated.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  • Leadership skills and team-oriented.
  • Proficient with computer software.
