JWilliams Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a real estate licensed Homebuilding Industry professional to join our team as Brand Ambassador/Recruiter – New Home Sales Division in Inland Empire, CA! Flexible hours available!

The Brand Ambassador/Recruiter is responsible for client satisfaction/retention, some business development, and recruiting temporary employees for new home sales assignments throughout the Inland Empire. California Real Estate License required. Position will be part-time to start (25-32 hours a week) with a potential of full-time as business grows. Competitive compensation; base plus commission. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

  • Market directly to new home builder clients’ communities
  • Create and maintain client data base opportunity list.
  • Develop new business and increase service to existing business within region
  • Source, interview, and present new home sales candidates to client companies.
  • Personally conduct thorough, personal and lawful interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Correspondence to reinforce marketing plan as needed
  • Develop strategies with the CEO & Senior VP to secure large national accounts and nurture relationships with key clients
  • Occasionally attend regional HBA and or builder specific functions to develop JWS brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • California Real Estate License
  • College Degree Preferred
  • 1-3 Years of Experience working within California’s Homebuilding Industry
  • Experience Recruiting, Interviewing, and Hiring a plus
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask based on client and company needs.
  • Management and supervisory experience
