Branch Manager- Real Estate Sales

Our client, a successful and growing Real Estate Brokerage, is seeking a Branch Manager to join their dynamic team!  This company is dedicated to empowering real estate brokers and agents & cares deeply about their success. The Branch Manager is the leader of this brokerage’s Woodstock office and is responsible for ensuring the success of their rapidly expanding team of agents. In addition, The Branch Manager manages all functions of the day-to-day operations of the branch.

 

Primary Functions
  • Recruit and mentor real estate agents
  • Attend monthly manager meetings
  • Run bi-weekly office meeting
  • Maintain a steady and consistent workflow, insuring all transactions are processed and closed on time and correctly
  • Motivate and praise, delivering constructive criticism or discipline to subordinates in accordance with the employee handbook, addressing employee issues promptly.
  • Work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, training new employees, organizing people, organizing projects and schedules on an ongoing basis
  • Promote a positive attitude and atmosphere, instilling "Teamwork" and personal growth throughout the branch
  • Address and resolve customer issues, applying fast and exemplary judgment in the utmost professional manner, advising management of unresolved issues and/or complaints
  • Perform a variety of office/clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing and filing.
  • Business development, PR and marketing initiated each month.
  • Coordinate with manager any classes needed
  • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with offices and attorney and lender partners.
  • Supervise office staff compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for supervising, training, and delegating work to subordinates
  • Responsible for objective salary reviews and recommendations
  • Provide a safe, encouraging and positive environment for the employees
  • Be available and approachable for your staff at all times
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with management
  • Consistently provide and instill outstanding customer service skills in staff
  • Be observant and aware of office, customer and employee issues
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the real estate industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) o Ability to foster strong customer and vendor relationships
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Some College coursework (desired)
  • Ability to type at a net rate of 35 wpm using a computer keyboard
