Real Estate Office/Sales Assistant – RE License Required

Our client, a successful and team-oriented Real Estate firm is seeking a Real Estate Office/Sales Assistant to join their growing team! The Office/Sales Assistant will assist in the firm’s sales and marketing initiatives, making sales calls & enhancing the company’s online presence.

The Real Estate Office/Sales Assistant must be Real Estate Licensed and Bilingual (Spanish & English speaking). They will be motivated, enthusiastic, & detailed-oriented.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of the company’s residential and commercial divisions
  • Communicate with vendors and prospective business partners
  • Assist Agents and Brokers with door-knocking activities
  • Client & cold calls required
  • Prepare detailed marketing materials
  • Update company website
  • Update company social media pages on a daily basis
  • Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
 
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a residential or commercial real estate office
  • California Real Estate License required
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and related disclosures
  • Ability to build rapport with prospective clients
  • Self-Starter with good multi-tasking capabilities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
