Administrative/Onboarding Assistant

Highly organized and computer-savvy Administrative/Onboarding Assistant needed at JWilliams Staffing’s Pleasanton office! Role is part-time, 20-24 hours a week, flexible Monday – Friday.

Our busy team of recruitment and sales managers is in need of an individual to assist in administrative and onboarding tasks.  The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills and work well in a team environment. Apply today to join our team!   

 

Essential Functions and Basic Duties
  • Support recruitment and sales functions of the management team
  • Make phone calls to assist in timecard collection from temporary employees
  • Contact job centers and colleges to schedule hiring events
  • Assist applicants with onboarding and completion of hire documents
  • Process paperwork for onboarding including collecting, assembling, scanning, and submitting
  • Keep the office looking clean and running smoothly; includes ordering office supplies, retrieving and distributing mail, etc.
  • Data entry and utilizing CRM software

 

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma; some college preferred.
  • Computer-savvy a MUST; experience with CRM software a plus.
  • Customer service, HR, administrative, or assistant experience.
  • Superb attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter, ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Embraces working in a team environment.
