The Administrative Assistant/Sourcer will help fill direct hire, contract placement, and executive placements within the real estate and property management industries! The Administrative Assistant/Sourcer will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and reference-checking to assist in the placement of temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire candidates with client companies.   • Source candidates from various online platforms to help fulfill client orders and build a high-quality candidate database.
  • Maintain client company satisfaction through timely communication with client companies including face to face, written, and verbal interaction.
  • Communicate with client companies regarding specific job orders, candidate submittals, and weekly quality control calls on all temp and temp-to-hire employees.
  • Perform weekly calls to current and potential client companies to create new business both via phone and in person.
  • Maintain ATS (Big Biller) so it is consistently up-to-date on each outstanding job order.
  • Actively participate in all team meetings; sharing ideas and concepts including attending networking functions.
  • Perform various clerical duties as needed. Some tasks may include:
  • - Maintain and input Weekly and Monthly Reports
  • - Maintain Client/Candidate Pipelines
  • - Maintain Job ads
  • - Create documents using Microsoft Suite if needed


  • 2+ years college preferred
  • Experience in an office environment role such as admin or customer service a must
  • Detail-oriented, ability to thrive in fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational skills a must
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask based on Department’s needs
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and/or other job boards a plus
  • Experience using Big Biller or another ATS software a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience recruiting/sourcing candidates in Real Estate Industry a plus

Pay includes base + commission and benefits include dental, vision, health, paid holidays, and PTO.
