WOW! It is hard to believe that it has been 10 years since JWilliams Staffing went from an idea to reality to a successful business. As we look back at the success of these past 10 years, we are excited to look forward to the future and the excitement surrounding a HOT real estate industry.
In January 2004, JoAnne Williams walked into a tiny rented space in Irvine, California and officially opened JWS. While our headquarters are still rooted in Irvine, California, we are now the largest staffing agency in the nation with franchises in Colorado and Seattle, and locations in Northern and Southern California, Texas, Nevada, Arizona and Atlanta. Over the past decade, we have helped hundreds of individuals find temporary and permanent positions providing real estate companies with a professional and knowledgeable staff.
How do we ensure our clients are getting the best possible staff? We are very hands-on in recruiting the best professionals and providing them with the education and on-going support they need to succeed.
As we look to the future, it is an exciting time for us as the real estate industry continues to thrive and grow. In fact, the first half of 2014 has been highly successful with approximately 164 individuals placed in permanent positions. Later this month, we plan to unveil our newest location and we hope to continue expanding our reach in current markets.
