Assistance in all operations of the apartment community including:
Preparation of vacant apartments for move-ins
Responding to and completing resident requested “Service Requests”
Working with vendors such as painters, landscapers, carpet vendors and plumbers.

Porters

Individuals trained and ready to serve by:

Maintaining community appearance
Sweeping
Cleaning areas
Clearing of vacant apartments
Upkeep of laundry and pool areas.
