<h5>Essential Functions</h5>
<ul>
<li>Assist customers in finding their perfect home by identifying needs</li>
<li>Market, qualify and follow up with leads generated through Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist.</li>
<li>Conduct in-home presentations by building trust and informing customer</li>
<li>Manage incoming leads by phone, email and website and convert them to buyers to meet established sales objectives</li>
<li>Explain new home features and community amenities to potential buyers that match their needs and budget</li>
<li>Maintain a critical view of the property, seeking out physical and operational deficiencies, including health and safety issues, and assisting with the Community Property Manager and Regional Managers to ensure such deficiencies are addressed</li>
<li>Assists in developing and optimizing marketing campaigns to achieve optimum occupancy levels and customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Adapts well to changing priorities and circumstances</li>
<li>Aggressively market homes and convert inbound leads to home sales</li>
<li>Ensure resident satisfaction and operational excellence</li>
<li>Assists in keeping the property compliant and have full awareness of relevant laws and agency regulations, including but not limited to fair housing, COVID-19, sexual harassment, disability accommodations, environmental compliance, and landlord-tenant relationships</li>
<li>Provide pictures of the property to corporate and regional management as requested.</li>
<li>Support the Property Manager with implementing and enforcing resident documents such as new leases, and other documents as needed.</li>
<li>Works closely with Property Manager, Regional Manager and other onsite staff to ensure that property-level issues are properly addressed</li>
<li>Always maintain impeccable records</li>
<li>Assists the Property Manager with other duties as assigned</li>

<h5>Minimum Eligibility Requirements</h5>
<ul>
<li>Successfully obtain North Carolina Real Estate license</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations</li>
<li>Proven sales experience in real estate or manufactured home sales</li>
<li>Must possess an innate ability to communicate and connect with a wide variety of audiences while maintaining consistent poise and diplomacy</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and meet identified sales targets</li>
<li>Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office suite.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic.</li>
<li>Unwavering integrity and demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently.</li>
<li>Demonstrated maturity in emotionally challenging situations.</li>
<li>Willingness to work weekends and evenings to meet the needs of the potential buyers schedule</li>
<li>Willingness to travel occasionally</li>
<li>A passion for growth, recurring excellence, and learning</li>
<li>Must possess excellent judgment and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and meet various deadlines</li>
