The Junior Marketing Coordinator will report to &amp; provide marketing and recruitment support to the Sr. Director of Marketing to assist in the growth of the company&rsquo;s marketing efforts and brand awareness. This is an on-site, full time, non-exempt position and they will report to the Sr Director of Marketing.</h5> <h5>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</h5> <ul> <li> <h5>Digital Marketing Tasks:</h5> <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Execute marketing efforts based on strategies provided by the Sr. Director of Marketing.</li> <li>Work as part of a team to develop large multi-part digital marketing &amp; email drip campaigns including assisting in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, blogs, and other digital content.</li> <li>Project coordination building project timelines, organizing project documents, and ensuring project timelines are up to date.</li> <li>Organization of digital files and design assets.</li> <li>Experience working with Photoshop and LightRoom. Experience with Illustrator or InDesign is a plus.</li> <li>Expertise in Excel creating email lists, sorting and organizing contact lists</li> <li>Oversee Marketing Requests for print, promotional, and other items.</li> <li>Offer support and assistance to clients, candidates, and vendor partners via digital communication. Answer/reply to all contact forms and reviews on all platforms.</li> <li>Gathering and data entry of weekly analytics and A/B test results.</li> <li>Assist the team with social media content scheduling and posting. Job Summary:
