Essential Functions & Basic Duties:


  • Greet prospective residents
  • Answer calls and inquiries
  • Set appointments to visit community
  • Present the community through a personalized tour
  • Qualifying the prospects
  • Closing the sale
  • Handling move-ins
  • Facilitating resident service requests
  • Provide excellent service to prospective and current residents



Education, Qualifications, Designations and Required Skills/Experience:


  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Leasing Consultant
  • Professional Demeanor
  • Superior Written & Verbal Skills
  • Outgoing Personality Matched With Great Enthusiasm
  • Organized and Resourceful Nature
  • A Passion to Serve
  • Computer Savvy
