Essential Functions & Basic Duties:


JWS Leasing Consultant job duties may include all or a few of the following daily functions.

  • Open models and inspect tour path
  • Take service request for residents
  • Prepare coffee/refreshments, if instructed
  • Prepare balloon display
  • Answer Phones: Make follow up calls form internet inquires
  • Check voices messages and respond accordingly
  • Assist in providing resident retention services; group activities & special events
  • Assist in the rental, move-in and renewal process
  • Filing and any other administrative duties assigned
  • Assist in the sales process: invite prospective residents to community, greet and welcome, qualify for community guidelines, pets or other community guidelines
  • Tour prospective residents, demonstrating, amenities, models, and vacant apartments
  • Close prospective residents by asking for hold deposit

Education, Qualifications, Designations and Required Skills/Experience:


  • Previous experience in a sales, retail, or customer service role a strong plus
  • Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people
  • Sales-driven personality and a competitive nature
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends
