Porters & Service Technicians Needed
Oakland Area Apartment Communities
Including: Richmond, Alameda, San Leandro, Hayward, Union City & Fremont
We are looking for Porters & Service Technicians with a proven track record of reliability to work temporary and ongoing assignments. Immediate opportunities.
Must be High Energy, Extremely Professional, Multi-Tasker with Can-Do Attitude!
PORTERS
Responsibilities:
- Clean apartment interiors upon vacancy
- Clean property grounds, laundry rooms, recreational facilities, etc.
- Wash windows, blinds, and BBQ areas
- Vacuum hallways and offices, etc.
- Remove trash from grounds, receptacles, and vacated apartments
- Clean pool areas
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Superior customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Experience highly preferred
- Turn Over Experience
SERVICE TECHNICIANS
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Vacant Apartment Homes to rent ready condition
- Respond/Complete Residents request for maintenance service
- Capital Improvements
- Preventative maintenance
Qualifications:
- Must own work related tools
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience preferred, but not mandatory High school diploma or equivalent required.
