Experienced Leasing Consultants needed for  San Gabriel Valley Apartment Communities.

JWilliamsStaffing is looking for experienced individuals with a proven track record in
Residential Leasing.

Yardi software knowledge a plus, needed for temporary and temporary-to-hire positions.
Must have transportation, clean background and willing to commute up to 35 miles.

You will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish. By assisting the Property Manager and becoming knowledgeable about community policies and procedures, you will become a valued team member. We are in immediate need of multiple candidates.
Responsibilities include:
Greet prospective residents.
Answer calls and inquiries and set appointments to visit community.
Present the community through a personalized tour.
Qualifying prospects.
Closing the sale.
Handling move-ins.
Facilitating resident service requests.

Effective written and oral comunication skills.
Sales ability and assertiveness.
Organized and resourceful nature.
Must possess a high degree of energy and enthusiasm.
Professional dress and demeanor.
Customer service experience a plus.
Ability to self-manage work environment.
Prior property management experience.
Clean background check results required
Drug Test required for these positions.
