JWilliamsStaffing of Colorado is looking for experienced individuals with a proven track record in residential leasing, and NEW sales minded people looking to break into this dynamic field.

You will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish. By assisting the Property Manager and becoming knowledgeable about community policies and procedures, you will become a valued team member. We are in immediate need of multiple candidates.

Must be High Energy, Extremely Professional, Multi-Tasker with a Can-Do Attitude!

Responsibilities include:  

• Greet prospective residents.
• Answer calls and inquiries and set appointments to visit community.
• Present the community through a personalized tour.
• Qualifying prospects.
• Closing the sale.
• Handling move-ins.
• Facilitating resident service requests.
• Provide excellent service to prospective and current residents.

• Effective written and oral comunication skills.
• Sales ability and assertiveness.
• Organized and resourceful nature.
• Must possess a high degree of energy and enthusiasm.
• Professional dress and demeanor.
• Customer service experience a plus.
• Ability to self-manage work environment.
• Prior property management experience.
