Porters needed in Orange County

We are looking for several Porters with a proven track record of reliability to work temporary and ongoing assignments. Immediate opportunities.

Must be High Energy, Extremely Professional, Multi-Tasker with Can-Do Attitude!

Responsibilites:

• Clean apartment interiors upon vacancy
• Clean property grounds, laundry rooms, recreational facilities, etc.
• Wash windows, blinds, and BBQ areas
• Vacuum hallways and offices, etc.
• Remove trash from grounds, receptacles, and vacated apartments
• Clean pool areas
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Superior customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Experience highly preferred
• Turn Over Experience
