Service Technicians needed in the Las Vegas Apartment Communities

We are looking for service technicians with knowledge in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and HVAC to work ongoing assignments in the Sacramento area.

Responsibilites:

• Prepare vacant apartment homes for lease
• Respond to resident requests for maintenance service

• Must own work related tools
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience preferred, but not mandatory

High school diploma or equivalent required.
