Description

We are looking for Experience Service Maintenance Technicians with knowledge in day to day Apartment Maintenance.

Experienced candidate must have experience in plumbing, electrical and appliance repair. HVAC Certification a plus!

Responsibilities:
·       Prepare Vacant Apartment Homes to rent ready condition
·       Respond/Complete Residents request for maintenance service
·       Capital Improvements
·       Preventative maintenance

Requirements

Must own work related tools
Superior customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Turn over experience a must!
