Job responsibilities include: • Daily interaction with both clients and temporary employees. • Customer service and timely follow-up. • Process scheduling requests. • Answer busy telephones. • Update client and employee information. • General administrative and office assistance to Scheduling and Recruitment Manager.
The ideal candidate will have: • Experience in staffing and possess strong customer service skills. • Strong computer skills- Knowledge of temporary staffing software a MUST • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail. • Ability to perform tasks accurately & independently. • Ability to set priorities and multi-task. • Ability to thrive in a “TEAM” environment.
