Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the builder's sales person in duties of coordinating all aspects of presenting home to prospective buyers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to sales agents and prospective buyers.
  • Establish rapport with prospective buyers to determine their immediate housing needs.
