JWilliamsStaffing is looking for experienced individual with a proven track record in residential leasing.
You will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish.
By assisting the Property Manager and becoming knowledgeable about community policies and procedures, you will become a valued team member.
We are in immediate need of candidate!

Responsibilities include:
Greet prospective residents.
Answer calls and inquiries and set appointments to visit community.
Present the community through a personalized tour.
Qualifying prospects.
Closing the sale.
Handling move-ins.
Facilitating resident service requests.
Provide excellent service to prospective and current residents.

• Effective written and oral comunication skills.
