You Asked, JWilliams Staffing Listened

Have you ever been asked to take a survey and wondered if it would actually make a difference? In mid-2014, we asked our clients to answer a short survey, so that we could get a better understanding of areas where we excel and those that need improvement. The best part is that we listened and are making several changes that should make working with JWilliams Staffing even easier.

First, let's discuss the survey. Over a three week period, 75 of our customers responded to our eight question survey. The first five questions asked respondents to rate us on a scale of 'excellent'?, 'good'? or 'needs improvement'?. Questions and results included:

 

Ease of scheduling needs:

Customer service satisfaction:

Quality and professionalism of management team:

Interaction of accounting team management:
Excellent '“ 53 percent
Good '“ 35 percent
Needs Improvement '“ 12 percent

Ranking to other like companies:
Above '“ 62 percent
Equal To '“ 28 percent
Needs Improvement '“ 10 percent

No. 6 asked respondents what service they would like for us to offer. While 56 responded 'no recommendations'? or 'meets needs,'? we did get a request for better online booking. With staffing needs arising throughout the day, when many of us are on the go, we understand that you need to be able to book a temporary staff member from your phone, tablet or desktop. Now, no matter where you go, JWilliams Staffing can help you with your staffing emergencies.

If you access our website via mobile phone, you now have the opportunity to click on 'Place on Order'? . This new feature includes an easy, click option for specific dates'”they don't even have to be in chronological order! By simply clicking a date on the calendar, you can highlight dates for multiple days, weeks, or months which can all be input at once.

Once you place the order, we will send you a thank you email for placing the order and then a member of our excellent customer service team will work quickly to complete you order and provide the professional staffing that you need. The best part is that this entire process can be completed from your phone, so if someone calls out sick that morning, you don't have to waste time getting to a computer.

The final component of our survey gave our clients the opportunity provide any additional comments. We received multiple positive comments such as:  'The staff at JWilliams is always courteous and professional. They make my job easier when it comes to scheduling temp coverage at our communities,'? said Brandi of Tri Pointe Homes.
