Joanne

JoAnne Williams

Founder, President and CEO

One of the homebuilding industry's most respected sales and marketing professionals, JoAnne Williams has 25 years of experience in homebuilding, consulting and recruitment. A California broker, she enjoyed early success as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a Southern California homebuilder for 10 years, making her uniquely qualified to identify and understand the builders' needs. JoAnne also served as National Director for a staffing company in the homebuilding industry, directing the company's expansion and managing its operations. She founded JWilliamsStaffing in January of 2004, and JWS quickly became the Number 1 agency in the placement of sales staff with homebuilders.

Roger

Roger Davis

Corporate Controller

Backed by 20 years of management experience in accounting, human resources and training as well as seven years in the staffing industry, Roger Davis serves as Corporate Controller for JWS. He oversees the company's accounting, financial operations, human resource management and information systems functions. Roger has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and pursued post-graduate studies in general accounting and MIS. He blends business operations expertise – including accounting procedures, telephony and IT – with insightful statistical analysis, cost analysis and problem solving.

Shawna

Shawna Rousseau

Corporate Director of Marketing and Communications

Shawna Rousseau is responsible for designing and managing all corporate marketing and communications materials, including media relations, website managment, advertising and the publication of the quarterly Spotlight newsletter. Shawna has several years' experience in the homebuilding staffing and recruitment industry, in addition to over ten years' experience managing communications, customer service and client retention. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Sales and Marketing Council of Southern California, is the 2008 Membership Committee Chairperson and was recognized with the Volunteer of the Year award at the 2007 MAME Awards.

Malissa

Malissa Hoffmann, CSP

Corporate Director of Staffing and Recruitment

As Corporate Director of Staffing and Recruitment, Malissa Hoffmann manages all aspects of staffing and recruitment for JWS in California, Arizona and Nevada. She also oversees the continual development and application of best practices and customized programs to serve the company's builder partners as well as being responsible for creating and maintaining policies and procedures for JWS' Scheduling and Recruitment Department company-wide. Malissa has five years of experience in the staffing industry, specializing in recruiting and placement, scheduling and customer service. She is a Certified Sales Professional and is actively involved in the Sales and Marketing Council of Southern California.

Cynthia

Cynthia Scott, MCSP

Corporate Director of Training

Regional Manager – San Diego/Imperial Valley/Coachella Valley

Cynthia Scott serves the company in two roles. As Corporate Director of Training, she directs and implements company-wide improvements to JWS' industry-leading training program as well as developing additional educational opportunities for the company's temporary new home sales assistants. As Regional Manager for San Diego/Imperial Valley/Coachella Valley, Cynthia oversees business development, client quality assurance, recruiting, hiring and training of sales personnel throughout her region. A 15-year building industry veteran who is active in the Southern California (Board Member), San Diego (Board Member) and Desert SMCs, Cynthia previously spent eight years as Corporate Broker/Sales Manager for leading homebuilders and has seven years of experience in new home sales staffing. She is a nationally approved Principal Trainer for both CSP and MCSP.

Jessica

Jessica Anne Cahill, CSP

Regional Manager – Orange County/Inland Empire

Jessica Cahill brings unique educational and business experience to her position as Regional Manager for Orange County and the Inland Empire. Complementing her background in new home sales and retail management, she spent six years as a research analyst, paralegal and client liaison for two major law firms. Jessica is a Certified Sales Professional and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from California State University, Northridge and an associate's degree in Marketing and Product Development from FIDM in Los Angeles. She is actively involved in the Women's Council and the Sales and Marketing Councils of Southern California, San Diego and L.A./Ventura.

Linda

Linda Stewart, MIRM, CSP, CMP

Regional Manager – Los Angeles & Ventura Counties

Having worked with national and regional homebuilders in both Northern and Southern California for 15 years as well as new home sales and staffing companies, Linda Stewart benefits from unique experience including urban markets. This experience is an advantage to JWS' builder partners and sales assistants alike in the L.A./Ventura/Kern Counties area for which Linda is Regional Manager. Among Linda's prestigious industry designations are Member Institute of Residential Marketing, Certified Sales Professional and Certified Marketing Professional. She is a Board Member of SMC L.A./Ventura and serves on the National Board of Trustees for the Institute of Residential Marketing. Linda also is a nationally approved Principal Trainer for both CSP and IRM.

Northern California Division

Jeanie

Jeanne Pearl

Vice President, Northern California Division

A veteran of 18 years in the building industry, Jeanne Pearl opened the first JWS Northern California office in 2005 and serves as Vice President, Northern California Division. The Division stretches from the greater Sacramento region to the Bay Area and south into the Central Valley. Previously Jeanne, who has a business degree, was with Dahlin Group Architects for 13 years, including a six-year tenure as the firm's Marketing Manager. She also spent four years as Events Director for the Home Builders Association of Northern California. She has been a Board Member of the HBANC-SMC Council since 1996, serving as president in 2002, and is active in Women's Council.

Teresa

Teresa Eisen

Regional Manager – Central Valley

Teresa Eisen, the JWS Regional Manager for the Central Valley, is responsible for recruiting, training and business development in the central California area north of Bakersfield. She has eight years of experience as a Human Resources Manager and has been involved in sales and recruiting for the real estate/new homes industry for five years. Teresa is active in the Home Builders Association of Northern California and the Building Industry Association.

Michelle Shepherd

Michelle Shepherd

Regional Manager – Sacramento/Reno

With over 18 years experience working for new home builders, including tenure as Sales & Marketing Director and more than ten years as Community Sales Manager, Michelle has gained valuable insight from the client’s perspective, the ability to effectively prepare and mentor sales assistants and an understanding of the complexities of our clients’ businesses. Ranking second in the nation under Eliant Survey scores for Customer Service Satisfaction for two years running (2005-2006), Michelle was also recognized for high volume sales from 1995-1998 and 2003-2006. She was nominated for Salesperson of the Year in 1997 and 1998 and remains active member of the local BIA.

Megan

Megan Roberts, CSP

Vice President, Arizona/Nevada Division

Regional Manager – Phoenix/Tucson

As Vice President, Arizona/Nevada Division, Megan Roberts oversees all JWS activities in the Arizona and Nevada markets, while also serving as Regional Manager for the Phoenix/Tucson area. Megan has seven years of experience in the new homes industry, including two years as an onsite Sales Manager with a national builder and three years in sales with an associate vendor. She also is an experienced trainer and has developed and executed new educational programs. Megan has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and is a Certified Sales Professional.

Nadine

Nadine Stephens, CSP

Regional Manager – Las Vegas

Nadine Stephens is a veteran of 12 years in new home sales and two years in new homes staffing as well as three years as a trainer and recruiter. As Regional Manager for the Las Vegas area, she is responsible for client relations and manages recruitment and training of temporary new home sales assistants in the Southern Nevada region. Active in the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, Nadine serves on the Membership and Golf Committees. Nadine has a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a graduate of the Dartnell Institute of Management in Hattiesburg, Miss. She also is a Graduate of Realtor Institute, has an Accredited Buyers Designation and is a Certified Sales Professional.
