One of the homebuilding industry's most respected sales and marketing professionals, JoAnne Williams has 25 years of experience in homebuilding, consulting and recruitment. A California broker, she enjoyed early success as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a Southern California homebuilder for 10 years, making her uniquely qualified to identify and understand the builders' needs. JoAnne also served as National Director for a staffing company in the homebuilding industry, directing the company's expansion and managing its operations. She founded JWilliams Staffing in January of 2004, and the company quickly became the Number 1 agency in the placement of sales staff with homebuilders. In addition to maintaining the number one position as the homebuilding industry�s preferred staffing partner, JoAnne led the expansion of two new divisions in the last 24 months. These divisions provide service to the property management arena, as well as assisting clients with their full service staffing needs across multiple industries. JoAnne is passionate about providing quality talent and service and, if she has any free time, loves to escape to the busy streets of Manhattan or the old world charms of Italy.

Roger Davis

Backed by 20 years of management experience in accounting, human resources and training as well as seven years in the staffing industry, Roger Davis serves as Vice President � Finance for JWilliams Staffing. He oversees the company's accounting, financial operations, human resource management and information systems functions. Roger has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and pursued post-graduate studies in general accounting and MIS. He blends business operations expertise � including accounting procedures, telephony and IT � with insightful statistical analysis, cost analysis and problem solving. Away from the office, Roger can be found sharing his love of music with his wife and son.

Jessica Anne Cahill, CSP

Jessica Cahill brings unique educational and business experience to her position as Vice President. Complementing her background in new home sales and retail management, she spent six years as a research analyst, paralegal and client liaison for two major law firms. Jessica is a Certified Sales Professional and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from California State University, Northridge and an associate's degree in Marketing and Product Development from FIDM in Los Angeles. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Sales and Marketing Council of Southern California, and is actively involved in the Women's Council and the Sales and Marketing Councils of Inland Empire, San Diego and L.A./Ventura.

Joining JWilliams Staffing in 2007, Linda has developed an intuitive talent for real estate training and staffing. She is nationally recognized for her commitment to training and mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals using her nearly 20 years of experience. Having worked with national and regional homebuilders in both Northern and Southern California for 15 years as well as new home sales and staffing companies, Linda benefits from unique experience including urban markets which offers JWilliams Staffing clients a unique advantage in the candidates provided. She looks forward to any opportunity to enjoy southern California's refreshing climate - especially at the beach with family and friends.
Josie Castro

Josie has over 20 years of experience and connections in the property management industry, the majority as a Regional Manager for well-known property management firms. Her combined knowledge and resources has given her a clear and distinct understanding of what clients look for in leasing consultants, service technicians, and porters. Since 2003, Josie's has dedicated her talents exclusively to matching the best candidate with the right employer. Her passion and willingness is to perform above and beyond the call of duty, every time. In her spare time, Josie enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, and is involved with the Girl Scouts and Shiners� Hospital.

Jeanne Pearl

A veteran of 20 years in the building industry, Jeanne Pearl opened the Northern California JWilliams Staffing office in February 2005 and serves as Vice President, Northern California Division. The Division stretches east to Reno, from Redding in the north, south to Bakersfield and throughout the Bay Area including Marin, Sonoma, East Bay and southwest to Monterey. Previously Jeanne, who has a business degree, was with a reputable architect for 12 years, including a six-year tenure as the firm's marketing manager. Jeanne also spent three years as Events Director for the Home Builders Association of Northern California. She has been a Board Member of the HBANC-SMC Council since 1996, serving as president in 2002, and is active in Women's Council. A chocolate and champagne connoisseur, Jeanne is also an avid reader and traveler who prefers tropical locales.
Michelle Shepherd
Regional Manager – Sacramento/Central Valley/Reno

With over 18 of years experience in the real estate business, including tenure as Sales & Marketing Director, and more than 15 years as Community Sales Manager, Michelle has gained valuable insight from the clients perspective. Michelle also serves as the Director of the MIT Program (Members in Transition) for the North State Building Industry Association. She has incredible ability to effectively prepare and mentor sales assistants with an understanding of the complexities of our clients businesses. Ranking second in the nation under Eliant Survey scores for Customer Service Satisfaction for two years running (2005-2006), Michelle was also recognized for high volume sales from 1995-1998 and 2003-2006. She was nominated for Salesperson of the Year in 1997 and 1998 and remains an active member of the North State BIA. Michelle's hobbies include music and the great outdoors.

Karen�s experience in the property management and staffing industry, including nine successful years in staffing, gives JWilliams Staffing clients an expert resource. As a long-standing CAA Contra Costa member and volunteer, Karen is currently serving her fourth consecutive year on the GEMM Awards Committee. She has achieved multiple industry awards, such as 2007 Industry Partner of the Year and 2006 Regional Director of the Year, demonstrating her dedication to client satisfaction and exhibition of unparalleled service. She holds the California Accredited Consultant (CAC) designation issued by the California Institute of Education for Personnel Consultants of the California Staffing Professionals, and the California Certified Resident Manager (CCRM) designation issued by the California Apartment Association. When Karen is not working or volunteering, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Megan Roberts, CSP

As Vice President, Arizona/Nevada Division, Megan Roberts oversees all JWilliams Staffing activities in the Arizona and Nevada markets, while also serving as Regional Manager for the Phoenix/Tucson area. Megan has seven years of experience in the new homes industry, including two years as an onsite Sales Manager with a national builder and three years in sales with an associate vendor. She also is an experienced trainer and has developed and executed new educational programs. Megan has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and is a Certified Sales Professional for the National Association of Homebuilders. Megan enjoys cooking for friends and family in her free time.
Nadine Stephens, CSP
Assistant Vice President – Southern Nevada

Nadine Stephens is a veteran of 12 years in new home sales and two years in new homes staffing as well as three years as a trainer and recruiter. As Assistant Vice President for the Las Vegas area, she is responsible for client relations and manages recruitment and training of temporary new home sales assistants in the Southern Nevada region. Active in the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, Nadine serves on the Membership and Golf Committees. Nadine has a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a graduate of the Dartnell Institute of Management in Hattiesburg, Miss. She also is a Graduate of Realtor Institute, has an Accredited Buyers Designation and is a Certified Sales Professional for the National Association of Homebuilders.
