JoAnne Williams, CCRM, MCSP

One of the homebuilding industry's most respected sales and marketing professionals, JoAnne Williams has 25 years of experience in homebuilding, consulting and recruitment. A California broker, she enjoyed early success as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a Southern California homebuilder for 10 years, making her uniquely qualified to identify and understand the builders' needs. JoAnne also served as National Director for a staffing company in the homebuilding industry, directing the company's expansion and managing its operations. She founded JWilliamsStaffing in January of 2004, and the company quickly became the Number 1 agency in the placement of sales staff with homebuilders. In addition to maintaining the number one position as the homebuilding industry's preferred staffing partner, JoAnne led the expansion of two new divisions in the last 24 months. These divisions provide service to the property management arena, as well as assisting clients with their full service staffing needs across multiple industries. JoAnne is passionate about providing quality talent and service and, if she has any free time, loves to escape to the busy streets of Manhattan or the old world charms of Italy.

Named to the 2000 Who's Who in Builder and Developer magazine, JoAnne has been a member of the prestigious Builders Marketing Society since 2004. She was the 2004 recipient of the Southern California BJ Stewart Women's Achievement Award for her hard work, involvement and dedication to the building industry.
Ramiro Tavares
Vice President of Finance
Ramiro Tavares is an accomplished financial executive with solid experience in accounting, financial management, operations management and executive leadership. He has spent the past 20+ years at a service database company until it was sold to a larger firm in 2010.
He remained on and worked with the new owners – coordinating with their New Jersey office. His references from the owners and managers of the first company to the New Jersey staff were outstanding. Ramiro acquired his MBA while working full time and he has a BA in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton. His technical skills are keen and he has a California real estate license.
Ramiro is also fluent in Spanish.
On the personal side, he is married with four children (2 are in college) and on the board of directors for Region 213 AYSO.
His family lives in Irvine and he loves trips to Napa with his wife when he can get away.
Lisa Parrish
Marketing Manager
For the past 20 years, Lisa has been blessed to work in the Homebuilding Industry honoring the best and brightest through the production of the largest industry award competitions in the Nation. In May of 2008, Lisa joined the team of JWilliamsStaffing in addition to the production of the industry awards events. Working in the field with the amazing sales teams, responsible for marketing, promotion, customer service and representing the JWS brand. A extremely active member of the Home Building Industry, Lisa has served the Sales and Marketing Councils from membership to President in the SMC of Southern California - Los Angeles/Ventura, Inland Empire. She served consecutive back-to-back terms as President for both the SMC of Los Angeles/Ventura and the SMC of Southern California and in addition, served a 2 year term as Vice President of Councils for the Building Industry Association of Southern California. She is a proud recipient of the BJ Stewart Award for her dedication and contributions to the homebuilding industry. Lisa is also a advisor for NAHB's National Sales & Marketing Awards and PCBC's Gold Nugget Awards.
Deanna Schweitzer
Human Resources Director
Deanna’s positive energy and passion for the staffing industry are a tremendous asset.
An integral member of of the JWilliamsStaffing team, she is responsible for ongoing management of the scheduling department.
She also serves as the corporate liaison with State Employment and Development Departments, and coordinates the establishment and implementation of services/policies/programs regarding Human Resources.
Currently attending Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management for her Human Resources and Communications Degree.
She enjoys reading, dancing, walking and time with her friends.

Jessica Anne Cahill, CSP

Jessica Cahill brings unique educational and business experience to her position as Vice President. Complementing her background in new home sales and retail management, she spent six years as a research analyst, paralegal and client liaison for two major law firms. Jessica is a Certified Sales Professional and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from California State University, Northridge and an associate's degree in Marketing and Product Development from FIDM in Los Angeles. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Sales and Marketing Council of Southern California, and is actively involved in the Women's Council and the Sales and Marketing Councils of Inland Empire, San Diego and L.A./Ventura as well she is a member and participates in YGen with the San Diego BIA, Next Gen with the Orange County BIA and Young Gen with Riverside BIA
Annie Marie Privette
Vice President, Multi-Family Division Southern California

Annie offers her clients over 30 years of experience working and staffing the Property Management Industry; the last 18 years as a recruiter for California, supplying qualified candidates for all level positions; on-site and corporate. Annie received her start in the industry as an assistant regional manager. She has held many executive positions while in the industry along with owning her own fee management company. She has experience with all areas of this industry; Residential, Commercial, High Rise Office, Medical, Industrial, Retail and HOA Management. During her last 18 years as a Recruiter she has lead and created many leasing training seminars. Annie is certified by the California Apartment Association to instruct for their CCRM course and served over the last 18 years on many of the Apartment Association committees. Annie is very proud to act as a mentor and career counselor to many who have worked with her over the 18 years as a Property Management Recruiter. Annie enjoys music and reading in her off time.
Northern California Division
Jeanne Pearl

A veteran of 20 years in the building industry, Jeanne Pearl opened the Northern California JWilliamsStaffing office in February 2005 and serves as Vice President, Northern California Division. The Division stretches east to Reno, from Redding in the north, south to Bakersfield and throughout the Bay Area including Marin, Sonoma, East Bay and southwest to Monterey. Previously Jeanne, who has a business degree, was with a reputable architect for 12 years, including a six-year tenure as the firm's marketing manager. Jeanne also spent three years as Events Director for the Home Builders Association of Northern California. She has been a Board Member of the HBANC-SMC Council since 1996, serving as president in 2002, and is active in Women's Council. A chocolate and champagne connoisseur, Jeanne is also an avid reader and traveler who prefers tropical locales.
Arizona Division
Megan Roberts, CSP

As Vice President, Arizona Division, Megan Roberts oversees JWilliamsStaffing activities in the Arizona and Nevada markets, while also serving as Regional Manager for the Phoenix/Tucson area. Megan has seven years of experience in the new homes industry, including two years as an onsite Sales Manager with a national builder and three years in sales with an associate vendor. She also is an experienced trainer and has developed and executed new educational programs. Megan has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and is a Certified Sales Professional for the National Association of Homebuilders. Megan enjoys cooking for friends and family in her free time.
Nevada Division
Nadine Stephens, CSP

Nadine Stephens is a veteran of 12 years in new home sales and two years in new homes staffing as well as three years as a trainer and recruiter. As Assistant Vice President for the Las Vegas area, she is responsible for client relations and manages recruitment and training of temporary new home sales assistants in the Southern Nevada region. Active in the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, Nadine serves on the Membership and Golf Committees. Nadine has a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and is a graduate of the Dartnell Institute of Management in Hattiesburg, Miss. She also is a Graduate of Realtor Institute, has an Accredited Buyers Designation and is a Certified Sales Professional for the National Association of Homebuilders.
Texas Division
Keith Rodgers CGA, CSP, CGP

A top-producing and award winning professional, Keith Rodgers brings creative and exceptional sales and service strategies to JWilliams Staffing Texas. Keith is a Certified Sales Professional, Certified Graduate Associate and a Certified Green Professional with more than 15 years of service and relationship focused account management within the home building industry.
Keith has been a dedicated member of at the Greater Houston Builders Association since 1995 serving on various councils and committees. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and is the 2011 Associate Council President. Keith is also active in the Sales and Marketing Council of the GHBA serving as President in 2007. He helped grow the GHBA to one of the largest Home Builder Associations in the country in 2009 and 2010 as the Chairman of the Membership Committee. In 2011, Keith was appointed by the Montgomery County Builders Associations to the Board of Directors in addition, he also serves as a board alternate with the Texas Associate of Builders and is an Ambassador for The Sunbelt Builders Show and a Home-Pac Sustaining Member since 2006.
