She expertly managed the sales and marketing of a major homebuilder for ten years, then began helping other builders create sales success through her signature coaching and training workshops. Stepping out once again in 2008, Susan has decided to bring her training expertise back to the entire industry. Today with her new company, Susan Hyland and Associates, Susan carries on that tradition of inspiring and motivating sales teams to energize their sales atmosphere.
