Our Multi-Family division is looking for the following in various Southern California locations:

                 Leasing Professionals

Whether you are a seasoned professional or going through our training program, your skillset should immolate the following:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Superior written & oral skills
  • Outgoing, gregarious personality & an enthusiasm for marketing, leasing, and sales
  • Ability to convert phone calls into appointments and appointments to leases
  • Organized and resourceful nature
  • A passion to serve
  • Professional demeanor
  • 6 months prior property management experience would be ideal
  • If hired, a background inquiry will be conducted

The role of a Leasing Professional is as follows, but not limited to:

  • Greet prospective residents
  • Answer incoming calls and inquiries
  • Set appointments to visit community
  • Present the community through a personalized tour
  • Qualifying & Closing prospective residents
  • Facilitation of the move-in/out process maintaining excellent resident relations
  • Facilitating resident service requests
